Indoor/Outdoor Sidewalk Sign.  These are high quality aluminum and molded plastic sign system that are great for windy outdoor use.  You can unscrew the cap and fill the base with water or sand to increase the weight up to about 85 pounds.  The unit can be tipped to one side and easily rolled around using the wheels under the base, but when level it won’t roll around.  There are two heavy-duty spring shocks located between the sign and the base which bend during moderate wind gusts.  We supply waterproof signage to be used inside the unit for both sides, and we include a non-glare lens that sits on top of the print to protect and help with visibility.  Loading the signs is very easy using the front loaded snap open and snap closed system.  These are shipped unassembled, but can be put together in minutes.
